Daily Rates

Hunters 1-on-1 Professional Hunter $ 500 per person per day
Hunters 2-on-1 Professional Hunter $ 350 per person per day
Observers $ 250 per person per day
Rifle Hire $ 50 per day includes ammunition
Crossbow Hire $ 15 per bolt

Daily Rates Include

  • The full use of all facilities in the Lodge such as the swimming pool and satellite television and Wifi.
  • A daily laundry service is available at no extra cost
  • Full Catering: early morning coffee & rusks, brunch, snacks, dinner, all soft drinks and alcoholic beverages in moderation
  • Hunting: a fully licensed Professional Hunter, trackers, skinners, all camp staff, transport to and from blinds, picking up of trophies, field preparation of any game taken and transportation of trophies to shipping company

  • Transport between other Hunting Provinces

Terms and conditions

  • Reservation must be made at least 4 weeks before the Safari commences.
  • Deposit is payable in full to secure your booking.
  • No booking is secured without a full deposit.
  • Terms and Conditions are deemed to be accepted upon receipt of deposit. It is the obligation of all guests to familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions as setout.
  • VAT is charged on Daily Rates @ 15%
  • No VAT is applied to Animal Fees
  • Full payment must be made on the last day of the safari before departure.
  • SWIFT transfers to be made into our South African bank account.
  • Details are provided on quotations, pro-forma, and final invoices.
  • All costs incurred during the Safari, including trophy costs, are payable on completion of the hunt.
  • Payment currency is USD.
  • All quotes are valid for 7 days from date of quotation.
  • Cancellations are subject to 3 calendar months’ notice in writing.
  • No deposit is refundable should the hunt be cancelled. The hunt can be postponed to a later date limited to 12 calendar months from date of deposit received. All permit costs incurred must be paid in full. Should a permit expire when the hunt resumes at a future date and new permits must be issued, this cost will be for the clients account in addition to the normal cost of the safari.
  • When re-booked for the following calendar year, the new price list will apply.
  • Observers, hunters, and species cancelled on an existing quotation will revert to a new quote and the loss of income will be deducted from the deposit.
  • Trophy fees are payable in respect of all animals bagged or wounded.
  • The client is obliged to notify the Outfitter of any special medical health conditions (i.e.: heart problems, diabetics, asthma, allergies, etc…) at
    least ten (10) days prior to the arrival date.
  • Liability, while every effort will be made to ensure the client’s safety, NO responsibility whatsoever will be accepted for any accident, injury illness or loss whatsoever, nor any expense arising from such accidents, injury, illness, or loss. It will be expected of the clients to sign an Indemnity Form before safari commences.
  • All guests must be sure to have the necessary travel insurance in place before arrival.
  • Al Quotations are valid for 7 Days from date of issue.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
