Free State

The Free State province is located in the center of South Africa and borders the mountainous Kingdom of Lesotho. The province covers vast stretches of agricultural farmland and shimmering grassy plains. The high altitude means that winters often bring light snowfall and summers are typically warm and pleasant.

The great diversity in habitat ensures that that there are numerous plains game species available for both bow and rifle hunting.

We have designated hunting areas dedicated to hunting with either rifle or bow ensuring your hunting success whether you’re after the likes of mountain reedbuck, black wildebeest, red lechwe, common reedbuck, springbuck just to name a few…

Due to this open terrain shots range from 200 to 400 yards with rifle.
